Amy Winehouse Found Dead July 23rd 2011
British rock singer Amy Winehouse Was Found Dead in her London home in the mid afternoon hours of July 23rd, 2011. Shortly after two ambulances showed up at her home, the Metropolitan Police made the announcement of the singers passing. Amy Winehouse, who has led a well documented troubled life with drug and alcohol addictions was 27 when she passed making her the newest member of the famously morbid 27 Club, a group of famous rock stars world wide who have all died at the age 27. While at this time the actual cause of death is still pending the autopsy, rumors have already started flying around about various drugs and other partying Amy Winehouse was doing the night before, including ‘friends’ who claim she was snorting large quantities of cocaine and popping ecstasy pills. One close friend even commented that Amy could do coke all ay and night with no issues so she must have taken a bad E pill. Although I have no doubts that her hard partying lifestyle was the cause of death, I will wait until the official report is released.
Anyone who has even remotely followed the last few years of Amy’s life knows about all the issues she has had with drugs including Heroin, cocaine and others leading to her constantly being photographed in unflattering circumstances, quite often shoeless, completely out of it and several times with her Nipples Popping Out, specially after she underwent breast augmentation. To those that are shocked by her death, I ask how you could be so naive, the fact that she has looked like the walking dead for several years now and he several failed attempts at rehab were more then enough for even the simple minded to know how here story would end. Tragically.
Club 27, also known as the Forever 27 Club is a exclusive club that only has two requirements to join. 1st you must be a musician and 2cnd, you must has passed away during the 27th year of your life. This club has several iconic members including Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin and Kurt Cobain along with a long list of others. The majority of these deaths are surrounded in controversy and have gone on to change the history of rock. Many of it’s members are still highly considered some of the best musicians of all time and with her talent and unique sound, Amy Winehouse definitely stands out with them.
